Terms & Conditions

Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the appointment value.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged 100% of the appointment value.

This helps protect my small business and ensures availability for other clients.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. I will always do my best to accommodate, however late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or, if time does not allow, may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to a late cancellation fee.

Travel & Parking

A £5 travel fee applies to appointments within X miles of my base in Hampshire.
Appointments outside this area may be subject to additional mileage charges.
Free and legal parking must be available at or very near to the appointment address. Any parking charges must be covered by the client.

Pricing & Additional Charges

All prices listed are from prices and may vary depending on hair length, thickness, condition, and time required. Any significant price changes will be discussed during your consultation before work begins.

Consultations & Results

Every effort is made to achieve your desired result. However, outcomes can vary depending on hair history, condition, and previous colour treatments. By proceeding with a service, you acknowledge that results cannot be guaranteed.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Please inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your service. A patch test may be required for colour services.

Patch Tests

Patch tests are required for new colour clients or if you have not had a colour service with me within the last 6 months.

Payments

Payment is due on the day of your appointment. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at booking.

Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if I believe it may compromise hair integrity, safety, or professional standards.
