I take great pride in providing high-quality, professional hair services. Your satisfaction is very important to me.

Services

Due to the nature of hairdressing services, no refunds are offered on completed services.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your service, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment. I will always aim to resolve any genuine concerns and, where appropriate, may offer:

  • An adjustment appointment

  • A complimentary correction (within a reasonable time frame)

This must be for the same service originally provided and does not apply to a change of mind.

My goal is for you to love your hair. If something isn’t quite right, please let me know — I genuinely want to make it right wherever possible.
